New Training

Because of my work schedule and the time it takes to get to the gym, i'll be taking myself to a new gym that is closer but not as qualified and lacks the skill I know is available at the older gym. The winter weather is pretty much the big thing in this decision and the time it takes to get there. I know that if I continued to go and train at the other gym my skills in mma would improve greatly, but I just can't make the drive anymore. Though joining this new gym I will be training with some friends which is a great plus, I hope to improve my skills in all aspects of MMA and hopefully have my first fight in the next year or so. But before that I would like to compete in some Jiu Jitsu competions and try and prove to myself that I have the skills to compete against the best. Because thats what I strive for, to be the best.

worked lasted night 9pm to 7am, ask to work 7 hours later from 2pm to 9pm with a new cook.yay i am sick my body hurts.i need money i had two hours of sleep. shot me please, i have been very grumpy lately, people have been pissing me off. an i am able to tell them off. i am tried. the cruse is here! my 3 month and 4 month curse, worry i am . more tried right now then worry. i miss my family. what the fuck do i got to show for? $200 a month for rent, free internet, free on damand, free gas. but where's the money. there is not that much comming in. it's going to phone, food an... got two cars and ain't doing shit with them. got shit then i got sick to hell.

Sunday Waffle House Drama Never Ends

why are people ass holes? why do people at work run their dick suckers, when i ask them not to. ok sunday 08.17.08 i had to be work at 9pm. 3rd sift . well here i go with my wining.
anyways, that nite, i get in a bit early cus i gotta change out all the suger, pepper, sait containers. it was not time for me to clock in yet, i was 45 mins in early playing with my suger. well while i was started on that, an customer walked in and sat down at a dirty table and Nikki just looked at me like i was gotta get to him.oh by the way all of the tables were dirty. i looked right back at her and said i am not on the floor.. all she was doing was sitting on her ass, while her tables were just nasty and dirty allowing Mary to do all of her work. well she went to the and he ask her to clean it cus it was dirty, so she wiped it off with her hand, then she takes a napkin and wips the table off, i could swear she lick the napkin. anyways I walked around to go over her work,, come on! i am and was sick as hell i got some medical problems i am going through right now so i was feeling pretty shity, i did not wanna have to do anything more then what i should have to. got tried of it. well her tables, and napkins were not filled and she did not do her prep like she said she would.did not do the ice bin, i ask her to do all the things that she did not do. and of course she gets smart with me saying how she did do all of that. i went over there and showed her. did she said her ride was there.i said you are not leaving untill you do all of your work. then she runs her dick sucker agina and i said there is no good reason why you could not have done all of your work and you had mary come in and help you at 5pm. she said don't even start with her! i said don't get start with me agina and she said what are you gonna do about it!
now beteen Nikki and the the ass holes i have came aross that sunday morning. i don't know who i wanna hurt frist.
oh yes i did not tell you. ok
well that mornig sunday, i had to get my paycheck early at 6:30am and i did not go to sleep yet. that helps well i had to get the money early cus my roommate needed my rent money soon well the rest of it. so i went up there to pick up my check and let them know i was ready to work, see i called in wednesday i was suposed to work from 9pm to 7am a nice full 10 hrs. and friday and saturday form 5pm to 9pm with Nikki. well i was having some medical prombles, i have never been in so much pain before. i felt like shit. and i as so weak and tried. well anyways. Steve ask me if i could come back at 10am work cus Sunshine called in and they were short. i really did not wanna but i needed the money and i wanted to stay strong.
ok so i am making a short story long
i go in, and wait tables, not to long after words i am feeling so tried and my whole body is hurting i can't move as fast as i could before. my head was killing me.i was trying. then this crazy fucking Bitch comes in i take her order its to go. i repeat her order to her. i call it in and i am busy cus now theres more people comming in , even with me there we still were short handed.anyways her order is ready she said give her the food before i put it in the bag so she can look at it.
cool no promble. i am trying to price her ticket and attend to other cusmores. she looks upset and slam the food on the table so i go over there and ask what is the matter, she said i know you were gonna fuck up! really she said that. i ask whats the matter she said i wanted fried eggs. i said Ma those are fried eggs, she said no they are not !i said Ma your eggs are all the way cooked. she said she knows what fried eggs are and those are not fried eggs. i said yes Ma they are. she said fried eggs are supposed to be runny york and the white cook. i said no thats not fried that would be order over med. she said she have waffle house exp. she knows what she's taking about. i said when i said your order back i explained what your egges were and you agree to it. ok i will get him to re-cook it.
She said fuck it,i just stood there so fucking pissed off. so i said ok bye thank you, have a nice day bye. she told me i need to lose the fucking attude. i said thank you, bye have a nice day. .
then i ask the people i was waiting on. i know i don't feel good today and i am slow and I don't feel good. but please tell me the truth let me know did i sound like i had a attude. please. they said no she came in with a atttude. i said ok thank you.
then this chick with 3 kids come in and i waped off the tables for them, while all of the other waitdresses were out back smoking .( now this happen right ater the crazy bitch) the ladywith the 3 kids ask if there was bleach on my towels i said yes. then she saids with a load voice and a attude (i said is there bleach on that towel) I said yes. i put my hands in the air and I said I am clocking out. deb ask why I was walked by. i clocked out and said that is it fuck it!!!!! Doug talked to me and i stayed , clocked back in and stop taking orders. i was sick i did not feel like putting up with stupid people. i was so tried and weak. and i was in pain. i could not take my lortabs, cus i would get fucked up off of my meds. i just wanted to work.
Then!! oh wait remeber this part of the story is still in the moring. we were so way behide. but we stayed after to finsh all of our dishes and silerware. i am telling you my whole body hurt so bad, and i was so dizzie.
anyways Niki comes in and ask me why did i hang up on her when she called. i said i did not hang up on you. then she makes a start remark under her breath.
I FUCKING HATE STUPID PEOPLE!!!!

everyday when i go to work, at waffle house, its the same shit. someone has not done there job! and i get to do it for them. i really never say much. i want to but i don't. the place looks like shit everyday i come in to work for 3rd. yay me

It was this daily interaction with the mainstream that got us to thinking something has to change to further the growth and acceptance of the sport. In the current environment when you see a mixed martial arts shirt, more times than not it's morbid and bloody, and exhibits a very hostile and violent imagery. This imagery is more synonymous with biker gangs and heavy metal than it is with MMA, but perception is reality and if the mainstream public is constantly exposed to that imagery they will unfortunately accept it as fact.

Our goal at Ravage Fighter is to bring the true meaning of MMA to the mainstream. Our designs are created using the same core disciplines of MMA - Dedication, Innovation, and Authenticity. Midwest Cage Championship's MCC 17: Thanksgiving Throwdown Continues Third Year of Tradition Including Two Title Fights

Des Moines, IA- October 7, 2008- Mixed martial arts (MMA) once again lights up the historic Val Air Ballroom on Wednesday, November 26. MCC 17: Thanksgiving Throwdown, is the third annual MCC event held on the eve of Thanksgiving. The special holiday show consistently showcases much of the top talent from throughout the year. This years show features two championship bouts, including one that will crown the vacant middleweight belt. The other title bout welcomes the return of current MCC light heavyweight champ, and WEC veteran, Chuck "The Reverend" Grigsby.

Grigsby's preparation and WEC experience will come into play as he returns to MCC to defend his title against perhaps his greatest challenger to date. Grigsby faces Travis "Ironman" Fulton, a UFC vet credited with the most fights in mixed martial arts history. Fulton's resume of 200 plus fights reads like a virtual who's who of the sport, and a win by Grigsby would catapult him to center spotlight.

The evenings co-main event and middleweight title bout features undefeated prospect Zac Cummings vs. former MCC champ Mike "Mini Van" Van Meer. Cumings previously ripped through opponents like Victor Moreno and Danny Anderson in his quest for the coveted championship. Van Meer is a one man fight factory, and the match up of these two fine wrestlers combined with impressive stand and bang talents are sure to please the crowd.

Other top billed fights in the eleven bout card include Cole Jennett as he moves one step closer to a title shot when he takes on Chris Powers. Jennett's recent loss to Mike Van Meer has fueled his competitive fire to win this bout. Jennett has expanded his training regimen and partners, and went on record stating "losing is not an option". Powers has wins against both Brian Green and Doug Onstot and he appears unfazed by the challenge. The warrior who takes this match places himself in line for a title shot.

Fans will also line up to see proven performers including Paul "The Gingabread Man" Bird, Josh "The Bull Christensen, Jesse Lund, and Ryan Langmaid.

Brock Lesnar Is Not Worthy Of A Title Shot

What up people, just polling the masses here - How do you guys feel about Brock Lesnar getting a title shot at Randy Couture with a 2-1 record in Pro MMA??

I personally feel that this is a grab at the Pro Wrestling fan base (Which is huge). It is the UFC's answer to Kimbo Slice but Lesnar has real skills to go with that freakish power.

What do you guys think??
